October 18th, 2007 was the Clean Water Act's 35th Birthday! To celebrate this momentous day a party was held on Capitol Hill. Among the treats for guests were the two cakes, one representing "clean water" [below] and one representing "dirtywater." Thanks to everyone who contributed to the event's success.
