Caroline Isber

Caroline Isber is currently a Climate Policy Center Consultant at Clean Air Cool Planet. For ten years, Caroline was the Washington Consultant for Legislative and Executive Policy Affairs for the Garden Club of America, which she helped to become a significant factor in environmental issues on Capitol Hill. She began her work on climate change as Legislative and Public Affairs Director at the White House Council on Environmental Quality. In addition, she worked in the Secretary's Office at Health and Human Services on coordinating environmental and health affairs. Caroline's career includes positions in the Office of Global Climate Change at NOAA, and in the Environmental Protection Agency. She also served as the Issues Director for the U.S. Senate Inter-Parliamentary Conference on the Global Environment. She received her B.A. from Mt. Holyoke College.
