Clean Water Network State Assistance Fund (SAF)- The goal of Clean Water Network’s State Assistance Fund (SAF) is to provide financial support for active Clean Water Network (CWN) member organizations that are working to protect and restore America’s waters. Contributions made to organizations through the SAF program are used to support organizations for activities and projects they carry out that meet CWN’s goal of safeguarding water quality for future generations by working to defend and strengthen the Clean Water Act.
