Hopefully this is where we begin to truly turn things around: No to more offshore drilling and Yes to clean, renewable energy. Found out a surprising fact the other day while researching electric cars (since gasoline and diesel fuel is what we use the bulk of our oil for no matter where it comes from). List of Congressional Hearings on the Disaster in the Gulf of Mexico

The last several weeks have been busy on Capitol Hill. A number of different committeess from both sides of Congress have held hearings to discuss the Deep Horizon oil rig spill in the Gulf of Mexico that is currenlty pumping out over 200,000 gallons of crude oil in the Gulf every day. The hearings have focused on testimony from both industry executives and government officials.
