New Hope Audubon Society

Mission: The mission of the New Hope Audubon Society is to promote the conservation and enjoyment of birds, other wildlife, and their habitats through public education, field research, advocacy, and direct citizen action.

Our History: The New Hope Audubon Society (NHAS) was established as a chapter of the National Audubon Society in 1975, and serves Durham, Orange, and Chatham counties. It is currently the largest chapter in the state, with approximately 1,200 members.
