Principles and Guidelines Comments

Please find attached the comments submitted by the National Wildlife Federation that the Network signed on to regarding the proposed Principles and Standards Sections of the "Economic and Environmental Principles and Guidelines for Water and Related Land Resources Implementation Studies." There are two sets of comments attached, a longer very detailed version and a shorter version.
